Now in its 10th year, CarePoint is a nonprofit social services agency based in Evanston, IL. CarePoint focuses upon critical social issues that disproportionately burden poor and minority communities, including youth at risk, HIV/AIDS, re- entry and recidivism of formerly incarcerated men and women, substance abuse and homelessness.
