LOA, Inc. is a not-for-profit animal welfare organization 501(c)3 targeting the welfare of companion animals, as well as farm animals, in the area of Tulare and Kings Counties, California (California's central San Joaquin Valley). We focus on the rescue, rehabilitation, spay/neuter, and placement of all animals in need. All work is done by volunteers; there is no paid staff.
