POPPA, Inc. is the parent organization for Odd Cat Out Sanctuary OCO which provides a free-roaming home for cats other rescues and shelters consider too faulty for adoption. These cats aren't perfect. They might have diseases like FIV, diabetes, hyperthyroidism or the beginnings of kidney failure. They may not like humans much--anti social or just born wild. They may have bad habits, like pee marking. And sometimes, they might be overlooked or surrendered simply because they are old. But at Odd Cat Out, they can live out their lives in peace, without any pressure to become the perfect adoptable kitty or be killed.
