Cause Description:
We are a non-profit organization that provides service- learning opportunities for Jr. and Sr. High youth groups. Reach encourages participants to adopt a lifestyle of serving those in need in their home communities by providing them with the skills to impact their world for Jesus Christ. Working with local agencies or local churches, the workcamps seek to make an impact on residents, communities, students, and adult sponsors who attend. It is a life-changing experience as workcampers participate in activities that build community and self-esteem, encourages spiritual growth, and enables them to understand their role in combating poverty. Relationships are the key to the ministry that the Lord has called Reach Workcamps to fulfill.
