The mission of Safe Refuge is to provide quality substance abuse rehabilitative treatment services and housing for homeless, low-income and indigent people from diverse backgrounds, assist people in achieving and maintaining long-term sobriety, and assist people in achieving and maintaining their optimum level of self-maintenance in the community.
