For over 15 years, Connections for the Homeless has helped people deal with the effects of poverty, hunger, and homelessness. Connections' mission is to work with a variety of communities in northeast Cook County through direct service and education to prevent and reduce homelessness among individuals and families. The agency is a valuable community resource that provide experienced and informed responses to homelessness and numerous opportunities for individuals and groups to express their committment to a compassionate and civil society.
