Cause Description:
It is and always will be our primary mission to rescue, rehabilitate & rehome companion animals in need of a second chance. But what we discovered in the early stages of our work was that there were two groups of companion animals at the most risk for euthanasia in shelters: kittens and seniors. The passion for our cause comes from the desperate need for more kitten nurseries and sanctuaries for seniors, particularly in rural areas where animal welfare services are minimal or non-existent. Our organization is somewhat unique in that we are dedicated to assisting shelters and rescue groups with those at most risk animals by providing access to a kitten nursery and sanctuary space for seniors at our facility.
