We are a small, rural library serving a county population of around 5,600. We are always in need of funding, as monies received from city taxes do not cover our budget. Our Vision is to "Help People succeed" and our Mission statement is "Council Grove Public Library enriches the life of the community by providing opportunities to learn, connect, enjoy, and discover".
