Birmingham AIDS Outreach (BAO) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (est. 1985)providing support services (home health/respite, food, transportation assistance, medical supplies, counseling, support groups and educational services) to improve the quality of life for people and families living with HIV/AIDS in the Jefferson County/Birmingham area as well as age-appropriate community outreach for the prevention of HIV/AIDS.
