Our center is staffed and directed by people with disabilities, and we believe and practice independent living philosophy: consumer control and empowerment in all programs and services. Our mission is to positively affect attitudes and opportunities within the community, through direct services, training, advocacy, and community education, to encourage people with disabilities to live independently.
