I see the elderly and disabled on a fixed income who own a pet and are by themselfs,who take good care ofther pets and barely get by I see a pet dying or put to sleep and the eldersgoing lonely and very sad because they coulnd'nt afford surtain kind of surgerys that could have saved life.This is new Idea but I think this could work even when vets are very expensive for all health care.All please give your input and even a small donation is a start
