The Humane Society is helping to alleviate pet overpopulation in the Piedmont of North Carolina through Spay/Neuter and Wellness programs that subsidizes the Piedmont Communities Spay/Neuter and Wellness Clinic.These subsidies allow the clinic to offer low cost spay/neuter surgeries and basic wellness care to pets of central North Carolinians.
