S/Nipped was formed in February of 2010 to promote a United Coalition among Coos, Curry, and Douglas county rescues, non profit organizations, individuals and government entities. Our mission is to open a Regional High Quality, High Volume, Low Cost Spay and Neuter clinic in Coos Bay Oregon by replicating a highly successful business model developed by Ashville, North Carolina's Humane Alliance. More than sixty-five clinics in 27 states are now open and operating using the Humane Alliance model.
