Team Up! With Families is an organization for families of children with disabilities. Programs include a day camp for children with disabilities and their siblings to attend together, and an equipment lending library, where all types of equipment, such as walkers, wheelchairs, bath and toilet aids, etc. are donated and then loaned out to families at no cost. Also provide support and other activities for families such as a spring dance and fall hayride event.
