?The Dynamite Hill-Smithfield Land trust (DH-SCLT) is a community-led non-profit initiative to establish a Community Land Trust centered in historic Smithfield Community. Named in honor of the legacy of social justice and civil rights activism that came from and protected the community from bombing and attacks. The DH-SCLT, with the sponsorship of Magic City Agriculture Project and other community partners, will develop permanently affordable housing, remodel existing homes, build sustainable new construction, to support a sustainable cooperative community in Smithfield and provide educational service centered in Urban Agriculture and the building of Permanently Affordable Housing
