The CAMEROON EDUCATION CORPORATION (CEC) will salvage, and orient at least 75% of "failures" in public examinations (60% are girls) towards more productive lives through Remedial Education and Retraining in basic Skills (Reading, Writing, Arithmetic). Funds will be used to build the REMEDIAL COMPREHENSIVE SECONDARY SCHOOL (RCSS) which will provide healthcare, vocational, and technical skills to children (ages 9-17) in underserved areas of Cameroon and other African countries.
