Apex Youth Services, Inc. operates the Cpex Winter Guard, a performance ensemble for youn adults. Our members come from the Mid-Atlantic states (DE, PA, NJ, MD) and perform throughout the Eastern United States. Apex Youth Services, Inc.'s mission is to educate young people to be productive, responsible citizens who, through continual learning, can participate effectively in a global society. Apex Youth Services offers young people quality educational and performance experiences in the area of performing arts which nurtures their intellectual, social, and physical development. We are committed to excellence, dedicated to educational opportunity and engaged in a partnership with the community that fosters pride through example.
