The Enterprising Kitchen is an innovative nonprofit organization whch provides meaningful employment along with job training to women living in Uptown Chicago. Our participants are paid to assemble, package and market specialty food products and all natural soaps, acquiring valuable work habits and job skills in the process. We offer women without strong work histories the chance to work in a supportive environment as they prepare for future employment or further education.
