The mission of Perennial Cat, Inc. is to operate a temporary shelter for the abandoned and homeless cats in Gallia County and surrounding areas. Our goal is to find “forever homes” for these cats. Our mission is to sterilize every cat who comes into our shelter before they are adopted. Perennial Cat shelter will endeavour to provide education about responsible cat ownership, cat care and sterilization as the best means of population control.
