Toy Fox Terrier Rescue, Inc. (TFTR) strives to educate the general public, other rescue organizations, shelters, Humane Societies, and such groups as express interest across the country, as to the identification and temperament of the Toy Fox Terrier; to rescue abandoned, surrendered, abused and mistreated Toy Fox Terriers; to establish an emergency medical fund for the immediate care of said Toy Fox Terriers; to create a network of approved foster homes for the rehabilitation, training and socialization of the rescued Toy Fox Terriers; to facilitate placement through interviews, home visits and interstate rescue transports; and, to at all times protect and advance the interests of the Toy Fox Terrier.
