For over 25 years, Bay-CSS has provided personalized services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Southern and Central Maryland. Independence, meaningful community participation, and employment productivity are the cornerstones of our agency. We are committed to the belief that every individual, regardless of their ability or disability, is afforded the opportunities and skills necessary to work, live, and participate in their local community. Our services are specially tailored to support varying levels of intellectual abilities and physical mobility.
