Cause Description:
Volunteers, as part of the Carelift 2000 team, are going to the former Soviet Union to visit orphanages, hospitals, boarding schools and youth prisons. The purpose: The people of the former Soviet Union are struggling to survive despite a severe economic crisis and political instability. They need to know we care, and are willing to help even when no one else is.
