CP of the North Country is a501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization providing comprehensive, accessible health and human services in the Counties of Northern New York; we welcome people of all income levels, but with a special commitment to low income, medically under served individuals, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Individuals and families have the ability to take advantage of both our IDD services (outdoor recreation, individualized support services, adaptive technology/environmental modifications, hourly respite, individualized residential alternatives, day habilitation, community habilitation) and healthcare services (primary, dental, behavioral, and eye care) under one convenient umbrella. This integration allows our team to help people live the fullest lives possible by making sure you and your loved ones thrive in the communities of the North Country as citizens, neighbors, and friends.
