CES PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to working with our schools to make them the best they can be. Our PTO includes parents, teachers, and principals from Colter Elementary. We are an independent organization, so all of the funds we raise stay local and go straight back into our schools. Here are some of the ways that we are involved with our schools.
