Balkan Outreach International is a registered charity in the state of Washington for the purpose of establishing homes for widows with children who have been widowed because of the wars in Kosovo, Bosnia, and Croatia. Our vision is to help these women to raise their chilren up to be civic and spiritual leaders rather than allow them to languish and spend all of their energy just surviving. We believe the only hope for peace for the Balkan nations is if the people follow Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace and through Christ the people take on godly character and the heart of the Father.
