Friends of The Arc Foundation provides financial support for services of The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter NYSARC. The Arc provides sevices to over 1200 individuals with developmental disabilities in Oneida and Lewis counties. Services include educational, vocational, residential, rehabilitation, family support, senior programs, day services, and recreational. Over 600 full and part time as well as relief and temporary staff are employed. The Foundation also provides educational programs to create an awareness of services for people with disabilities.
