Hello, My name is Keandra Wiggins I am apart of the homeschooled group School of Exellence & Enlightenment ( S.E.E.) We are a homeschool group of 5 kids ages 10-18. Taught by our mother for going on 5 school years. After years in public schoolwe went to my sister who has autisms parent teachers conference. She was in a class for special needs. Though she was being passed along grades as if she knew her work, we later found out the truth. At the conference no real work was provided only pictures she colored and after testing her at home we realized after all the years in public school my sister in 3rd grade could not read, write, or even say the alphabet correctly. Finally realizing Public schools would not give her the care attention and education she need our mother decided to remove her along with the rest of us and quit her job to make sure we knew our work without possibly not learning the material because of the 28+ kids in regular over crowded public classes and one teacher not being able to help us individually to give the guidance we needed. Now at going on 5 years we are still homeschooled and in need of donations. My Father being the only provider in the house has its disadvantages and we are sometimes without the supplies we need. We are looking for donation of school supplies or anything to help us along the way. Since Oklahoma where we live is a free homeschooling state though taxes are still paid to public schools we are not affiliated with any public program therefore not government funded all our profits for home & school relies soley on my father who works 12+ hours we only really see at night everyday but sunday which can be a hassle with a 7 person household any donation would be greatly appreciated thanks for reading.
