Mission Statement Our ultimate mission is the care and proper handling of these wonderful creatures we call parrots. Our goal in every encounter is to ensure that each and every animal is receiving the best possible care. Sometimes there are no easy answers for every situation. and we rely solely on our knowledge and experience. In some cases this may not be enough. At that point we will use our best judgment. It is also our goal to help you to keep your pet, if possible, so that you may enjoy all that comes with being owned by a parrot. If it is no longer possible for you to care for your parrot we will take it in and determine if there are any problems that will need to be addressed. We will care for and do any rehabilitation needed in order to ultimately find another caring home for your parrot. It is our mission and goal at All Parrot Rescue, to accept all species of parrots, regardless of the parrot's situation; ie, special needs, behavior or age. We understand there are many reasons to relinquish to our rescue, which include a change in life style, health, or the inability to give full responsibility of owning a bird. It is our goal and mission to provide rehabilitation for those birds who can no longer live with their "parront" owners. To rebuild their trust in humans and to know human interaction can be enjoyable with corrective behavioral training. Sometimes it is not always possible for a parrot to go into another home. Then it is with a heavy heart that we will transfer the parrot to a facility that can house and care for birds that can no longer be kept as pets. At this sanctuary they will be allowed to be the wild birds they truly are. As wild as they can be. We currently are getting established in the world of rescue. All of us work together to make our cause known and to reach out to other groups who share our vision.
