SF Zen Center consists of three practice sites: Tassajara Monastery in the Ventana Wilderness area near Carmel Valley, Green Gulch Farm in Marin, and Beginner's Mind Temple in SF. SFZC offers meditation instruction, Buddhist study classes and lectures, vegetarian cooking and other interesting workshops, organic farm apprenticeships, monastic training, guest and conference facilities, and programs for the poor, homeless, prisoners and other underserved populations.
