HAPPE is a group of volunteers dedicated to rescuing. Fostering, and placing homeless and at risk dogs. All rescued dogs are given a temperament test before rescue and are taken to a veterinarian (spay, neuter, vaccines, and physical exam, etc.) They are placed in a foster home with other dogs and sometimes cats.
