Cause Description:
Izzy's Place is a small, non profit organization solely dedicated to saving senior dogs. Some come to us from shelters, while others are relinquished by their owners due to a variety of reasons(divorce, new baby, new puppy, etc). Each senior dog resides in a loving foster home until adopted, no matter how long it takes. In some cases, a dog comes to us in such fragile condition, in need of hospice care, or suffering from past abuse that they will remain in our care throughout their retirement. We are 100% volunteer and rely solely on donations. We provide quality vet care and food; lots of love and guidance as they prepare for their forever homes.
