We are a group of passionate individuals, families and businesses dedicated to the care, rehabilitation, and placement in "furever" homes of dogs of the Shih Tzu breeds and friends that have been rescued from puppy mills, breeders, high kill shelters and other abusive situations or certain death as a stray or abandoned dogs.
