The GCCA is a non profit, 501 (c)(3), arts service organization founded in 1975. Our purpose is to enrich the quality of life in Greene County by developing and supporting a wide range of artistic expressions and by initiating cultural and arts related activities for all audiences. We act as ambassadors to the local arts scene and provide services to artists, arts organizations, cultural, historic and educational institutions, civic groups, community agencies and the general public. Our bi-monthly newspaper Arts Alive, event calendars and brochures, job referrals, opportunity listings, and professional assistance are just some of the valuable services we provide to the Greene County community year-round at low or free cost.
