Lane Independent Living Alliance (LILA) is a non-residential, consumer-controlled organization of people with disabilities and disability advocates serving people with physical, mental, cognitive, and sensory disabilities in Lane County, Oregon. LILA works to assist Lane County residents with disabilities to maximize independence by providing free training, information, counseling, advocacy and monitoring of compliance with federal, state and local disability regulations. LILA addresses the significant accessibility, housing, employment, civil rights, voting rights, recreational and other issues faced by community residents with disabilities.
