MISSION: The Angioma Alliance Canada strives to improve the lives of newly affected individuals and their family, and provide support for those long time sufferers. We offer aid to the scientific and medical research community. We want to improve the awareness and knowledge base of professionals and the general public, while "Working Towards a Cure." VISION: To establish the best possible treatment for cavernous angioma and eventually a complete and permanent cure. GOALS: - To improve the quality of life of the newly diagnosed, by providing them with basic literature about their diagnosis of cavernous angioma; - To support those individuals living day to day with cavernous angioma, by offering a community support network, an actively maintained web site, and peer support; - To support the scientific and research community with financial assistance and where possible a link between new studies and cavernous angioma subjects.
