Cause Description:
The Pet Adoption Connection is an all volunteer run, 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue and placement group based in Orange County, California. We are dedicated to the rescue of adoptable, non-aggressive dogs, puppies, cats and kittens rescued from the Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control (as the need for rescue is so great.) We provide these animals with foster care, medical treatment, worming, spaying/neutering, and vaccinations until their placement into loving permanent homes. We do not have a kennel facility, so all the animals we accept into our program live in “foster homes” until they are adopted. Our organization also helps people with pet-related problems, promotes responsible pet-ownership and pet population control by creating public awareness of our cause through education and community networking. We happily work with other rescues for the common goal of saving the lives of unwanted pets.
