As a small group of local citizens, we..... -- provide financial assistance to those on limited income for spaying/neutering of their pets, -- operate a small no-kill rescue and adopt pets out to forever homes, -- increase awareness about the importance of spaying/neutering, -- help abused/neglected pets get vital emergency care.
