Cause Description:
URAH is a non profit organization that strives to give refuge, shelter, care and aid to cats, dogs, horses, farm fowl and resident wildlife as well as assistance to caring animal owners. Most of the members of the "Sunshine Gang" are not adoptable because of deep emotional problems, physical disability, terminal illness, or they are elderly. We rely on private funds, donations and income received through affiliate partnerships for support. URAH is owned, maintained and operated by Bill and Helen Mende on their farm located 30 miles north of Harrisburg, PA.
