Navarasa Dance Theater believes that art is for everyone, not just the privileged few. Apart from teaching, creating and performing, Navarasa administers a project called "Dance for Everyone," which sends teachers to give free dance classes to schools in - so far - 3 villages in Kerala, India. Directors Aparna Sindhoor and Anil Natyaveda have combined their mastery in the arts they have spent a lifetime learning and synthesize martial arts, Indian classical dances, yoga, song, poetry, music and theatre into productions that engage contemporary social attitudes towards war, love, art, justice, peace. Donations support this art and the continuation of the Dance for Everyone project and scholarships for students of dance.
