Cause Description:
Kitty Karma Refuge is a compassionate non-profit recovery center for homeless cats that specializes in T-N-H, "Trap Neuter Home" in Elk Grove, California. Our current mission is to raise a minimum of $10,000 to create a Community Cat Recovery Center. The recovery center will be a place where homeless cats can recuperate after their spay/neuter surgery. The center will also be a place where cats and kittens learn taming training, and the re-socialization of abandoned, stray cats. During the adoption process, we work with previously established, local pet adoption organizations to get these tame cats a forever home. Ultimately, we aim to promote and provide loving kindness towards homeless cats that live within any Elk Grove zip code through a number of compassionate actions that benefit both humans and the homeless cats who share the neighborhood with each other.
