Rescue Rowan is a small but growing group of local volunteers in Rowan County, NC who strives to find a home for every homeless pet in our county. By pulling adoptable animals from the shelter, placing them in local boarding or recruiting foster homes, matching them with rescues, and coordinating vetting and transport to their forever homes, Rescue Rowan has lowered the euthanasia rate of adoptable animals in Rowan County, North Carolina. We cannot accomplish this without the dedication of local fosters and generous donations.
