Cause Description:
A private non-profit organization which provides a NO-KILL horse shelter and fund. It was established to provide humanatarian care for horses that have retired from their service to mankind, unable for owner to keep, abused, injured or unwanted. To care for, permanent and temporary, maintain, and support horses that survived their owner, to recycle healthy horses back into use, others as companions, to organize educational programs and services for the purpose of advising the general public on care and welfare of horses, to provide veterinary and other humanitarian expenses occured for the benefit of horses. We have sent feed and equipment to So.Florida after Hurricane Hugo in '92, a veterinarian and supplies to Croatia to help with the horse disasters during the war. We will help anywhere we can. We are interested in stopping slaughter, premarin manufacturing, and other horse abuses through campaigns, legislation, education.
