Founded in 1947, Boys & Girls Harbor has long served as a refuge for children ages 5 to 18, in crisis due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or family hardship. The Harbor welcomes children in need regardless of race, creed, color or financial status, offering them a safe, loving, family-like environment. Since opening its doors, the Harbor has helped thousands of children realize their dreams and reach their full potential. With your help, we can continue to eliminate the tears, fade the emotional scars, and stop disruptive and destructive family patterns for generations to come. Together, we are “shaping children’s tomorrows”.
