Bradley Manning was stationed in Iraq as a U.S. intelligence analyst. He is accused of leaking a video to Wikileaks, that showedsoldiers in a chopper killing civilians which can be seen at collateralmurder.com, along with the testimony on video of a US soldier who was on the ground at the time. Manning faces life behind bars. His defense is funded by supporters. His intention, stated in chat logs with Adrian Lamo, was to let the public know what was happening on the ground, because he felt people did not understand what truly was happening in Iraq.
