Emergency Medical Fund to treat sick or injured animals that would otherwise not receive treatment due to financial constraints by owner. Feral Freedom Project - TNR program. Trap spay/neuter and vaccinate than return to colony where designated colony managers feed and monitor health and well being of cats.
