Cause Description:
Hi my name is Sean Martin, I am a 12 year old actor. I began my mission with a few things I gathered from some friends at my parents Halloween Party. I was not happy with the amount of stuff I had collected so I vowed to make it bigger and better and bring Little Shelter (Huntington NY) tons of stuff for Christmas. For two months - I pleaded with family and friends and put signs up all over my neighborhood to raise awareness for my mission. I loaded my parents Jeep and on 12/23/11 I delivered a Jeep FULL of at least $1,000 in donations!!! It felt great, I have been thinking about making my mission EVEN bigger and BETTER. NOW I want to recruit one kid in each state during 2012 to pick a local shelter and DO the same. Next year, I plan to coordinate a unified delivery date NATIONWIDE on 12/21/12 and use my learned marketing skills and make this a great drive. Ultimately my mission is to have each shelter in each town covered. There has to be at LEAST 1 kid in each TOWN willing to take this on but for now I will settle with 1 kid in each state.... So I am counting on networking and social sites to help me and my mission to HELP shelters to help more animals who are waiting for a home. Don't forget about the foster homes, animal rescues and sanctuaries either!
