Recycled Pets NorCal is a 501(c)3 pending group in Sacramento, CA. We work, as a small group of volunteers, to find homes for homeless pets. No one is paid for their time, we do not make money off our animals, this is not our full-time jobs. This means we have no "shelter" for you to come and see animals and we cannot stop on a dime. What we do offer is animals fostered in a home environment while we look for the perfect family.
