Cause Description:
Hark is dedicated to raising awareness of ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease)
through the documentary Hope on the Horizon. A 2 man team
climbed the 48 peaks in the White Mountains of NH on foot in 24 days.
The filmmaker followed parts of their journey and is also interviewing
ALS patients and their families to show the realities of the disease..
With awareness will come funding to help patients and their families
deal with the devastating effects as well as the finical burdens
associated with it.
