Cause Description:
Autumn Acres Animal Rescue is a small rescue group that rescues all breeds. We also have a subdivision which specializes in Newfoundlands. Autumn Acres is no kill. There are only 2 reasons we will ever have a dog put to sleep. One is if the dog is terminally ill and can no longer enjoy a quality of life and the other is if the dog is human dominant aggressive. We do not put dogs to sleep for space, because they aren't 'pretty' or will take forever to find a home. We have taken in dogs other groups have refused and found them homes. We work with dogs with behavior problems and we have rehabilitated dogs with medical concerns.
