CSE does extensive work with government, School Districts throughout Pennsylvania as well as global communities, to ensure property tax burdens are equitably distributed among taxpayers. The Center does extensive work on land value taxation and when equitable, implementation, including conducting studies and publishing reports. We provide assistance to State and Local bodies with responsibilities over property tax policy and implementation.
